King Yellowman« ist das 1984 bei Columbia Records erschienene
Debütalbum von Yellowman. Der Künstler, der eigentlich Winston Foster
heißt, ist ein jamaikanischer Reggae- und Dancehall-Künstler, der in den
80er Jahren zunächst in Jamaika bekannt wurde. Nachdem er in seinem
Heimatland bekannt geworden war, veröffentlichte er dieses Album unter
dem Label Columbia. Yellowman gilt als einer der Pioniere des Reggae und
hat einen großen Beitrag zur jamaikanischen Musikkultur und zur
Internationalisierung des Reggae geleistet.

This Is...Augustus Pablo is a studio album by Augusts Pablo originally released in 1974 and co-written and produced by Pablo's childhood friend and critically acclaimed reggae producer Clive Chin. The album boasts an impressive list of session musicians including Ansel Collinson Keyboards and Lloid Parks and Aston Barrett both on bass guitar. The album was one of the first to showcase Pablo's unique use of the melodica.
